Gaia Korean BBQ Restaurant

As I promised to one of my blog’ reader (Anihe) to review more Korean foods, today I will review Korean restaurant called Gaia Korean BBQ Restaurant.

Over there, I & my friend tried their Kimchi Jeyook set and Samgae Tang.

Kimchi Jeyook set comes with hot plate grilled pork, rice, assorted kimchi, soup and watermelon. The portion is very big; it can enough for 2 persons. The taste also nice and their kimchi are fresh.

Samgae Tang is one of the popular authentic Korean dishes. I heard this dish can make you feel better when you are not feeling well. The chicken portion over there is very big (half chicken) and inside the soup have quite big ginseng. It will be nicer to eat when the soup still hot.

They also provide a small bowl of salt to put inside the soup, so it's tastier. One portion of Samgae Tang comes with one bowl of rice.

For the drink, we tried Korean Rice Drink. This beverage is very unique, it got rice inside. I guess its fermented rice. The taste is sweet and nice.

Overall we are satisfied to eat over there.

Kimchi Jeyook set (Hot plate grilled pork with Kimchi & soup) S$14.00

Samgae Tang (Ginseng Chicken Soup) S$16.00

Korean Rice Drink S$4.00
